The Saskatoon Blue Jays is a nonprofit, volunteer-operated youth baseball organization under the auspices of Baseball Canada and Baseball Sask serving players and families in Saskatoon.
The Saskatoon Blue Jays operates as part of Baseball Saskatoon (Saskatoon Baseball Council Incorporated), an active Saskatchewan non-profit corporation responsible for the administration of organized youth baseball in Saskatoon.

The Saskatoon Blue Jays provides young athletes with opportunities to learn, play and enjoy baseball in an environment that promotes player development, teamwork, sportsmanship, physical activity and good citizenship.
We provide organized youth baseball programming from Rally Cap through 18U and are one of the geographic youth baseball zones serving Saskatoon.
Our programs are made possible through the commitment of volunteer coaches, coordinators, executive members and other community volunteers.

Revenue generated through player registration, fundraising, sponsorship and Saskatoon Blue Jays merchandise is used to support the organization's nonprofit youth baseball programs and activities.
The federal government recognizes Baseball Canada as the official amateur baseball organization for Canada. Baseball Canada has an official affiliate organization in each province. In Saskatchewan, that organization is Sask Baseball, which administers baseball activity in each of the eight zones in the province. Baseball Saskatoon is the official body responsible for both senior and youth baseball playing under Baseball Canada rules in Zone 6 (Saskatoon)

The Saskatoon Blue Jays the official organization representing youth baseball for the Saskatoon Blue Jays zone.
All Saskatoon Blue Jays players are registered with Baseball Sask. Only registered players can compete in Baseball Sask sponsored tournaments and if successful the Western and National tournaments sponsored by Baseball Canada. Players that wish to try out for any Baseball Sask Selects team must be a registered player with Baseball Sask.
SBJ approach to baseball is the same as the one endorsed by Baseball Canada and its affiliate, Baseball Sask. SBY's goal is to provide each player with an opportunity to participate, learn and enjoy playing the game of baseball.
